Does anyone know the current market rate for E->J translation of videos (subtitles) and books? The subject is not technical (no engineering, medical or legal terminology).

Do you want the job done well or cheap?
Done well, E>J should pay 15-20 yen/word at least. Done cheap, you can probably get it for 1>2 yen.
