The pathway up to their facility goes through it. Just a dirt path in that area and I suppose they could try to build a new path around it but there really isn't much room. On the other side, they're also using some cement blocks and tarps in the creek to channel water in to a huge outlet that goes down to their larger facility waaaay downslope. Just guessing but likely using it to push a turbine and generate power. I don't need this random plot but since they're making use of it without asking...
Indeed, if it's just for managing the creek water, less likely they'll offer me anything substantial for it.
The plot of land is like an island that is surrounded by Tohokudenryoku owned land so access rights would be hard for them to claim whereas I have to cross their land to get to it. No idea the story behind it or why it was in the mix of land deeds I got but it's there.

Nothing at all
Looking at Earthview, I'm thinking the tube I saw is just to direct the creek under the street and down to the river below. Oh well....I guess worst case scenario is I can use the plot to try my hand at beekeeping?
Like I said before though, my intent is to sell them the plot of land and ideally not to go asshole on them. That being said, the water on my land is from another tiny valley out of their reach.
