Basically you have to buy the whole set or you're out of luck. It also wouldn't surprise me if it's some kind of regulation since prescription glasses are a medical products.

That's why the eye testing are made by random schmucks instead of an ophtalmologist...

the dentist is out of med school. the glass shop schmuck is a glorified office lady with a chart book...
if your dentist work behind a blue tarp under a bridge maybe you need a better one...

And after 3 hours left with a diagnostic of "wakaranai" and a map to go to the local municipal hospital... The one i drive to/from at least twice a day...
I left so happy to have witnessed that level of incompetence again that I was shitting rainbows all the way back.
Luckily I found my nekomimi and will test my vet patience tomorrow... I trust her almost 3000 bajillions times more than the whitecoated clowns anyway...

Unfortunately the big hospitals aren't always the best either.

Sooo...no appointement available until end of november. Only option would be to wait !? All day there for... Something... !?
Asked me julie to put me an appointement at the end of the current queue for nov/december. UNPOSSIBUL !!! There's proctologue to follow... Or rituals... Or salam haleikoum... Or whatever bullshit float their boats/ego...
I think i will do a flyjin 2 days round trip to Seoul, the university hospital was top notch...
In a country were shit can hit the fan hard overnight it's not comforting to see how it's already -not- working for day to day stuff...
(They also don't have enough op rooms, I suggested she called her former army buddies -don't ask- to see if they could trade field hospital trucks for some continuous training of their guys... Apparently it would be too shamefull to go that low...)
