Looks like instead of giving Collins the heave-ho, he is going to Japan to try to re-vitalize his flagging career.

FIVE bosses are hoping to find a successful show for bearded comic Justin Lee Collins at last - by sending him to Japan.
Bristol-born Justin's chat show Good Times and the quiz Heads or Tails turned out to be ratings flops.

His next venture will be a three-part series called Turning Japanese.

Justin, 35, will report on Japanese food, culture, people and wacky game shows.

Five controller Richard Woolfe said: "Justin's a fantastic people person so finding the right format where he can explore those skills is a priority."

I can tell just from looking at that head shot that he's a fantastic people person - hey, Justin, how the f*ck ya doin'?

I hope he gets entangled in some hilarious sexcapades with the tantalizing but forbidden fruit that is J-high-school chix.
