The name Shibuya originated with the Shibuya Station, the buzzing hub of activity associated with one of Tokyo’s most highly-trafficked railway stops.
The station no longer exists, but the pace at which life moves in this area is brisk, hectic and non-stop.

In a way she is correct, the station is no longer a station, it''s a shopping mall where some trains also stop.
