I love the headlight look, but the only time you ever see it in Japan is when the old obasan forget their bras while out shopping and most of the time they're on low-beam so they appear at belly level rather than near the chest.

Kato Miliya is just another talentless pop whore in Japan with lots of cosmetic enhancements. There was another thread, if you do a search, that had the before/after pics. Winning some unheard of award at MTV is like coming first place in elementary school boys and girls swim meet. It means absolute dick.
