I know from experience that dishes like pasta and even fettuccine taste better here in Japan than in Italy. Chinese food in Japan taste better than Chinese food in China. However, in America junk tastes better in America. Even Thai food taste better in Japan than Thailand. Korean food taste better in Korea.

AHAHAHAHAHA. you are officially the most retarded person i have ever seen on FG. and you're ranking really high up there on the list of global retards too. you've been in over 12 countries? i've been to over 12 countries this year alone. obviously those extra set of receptors you grew are seriously misfiring. if you even remotely believe in what you've said above.

thanks for the good laugh though.

oh and btw, fettuccine is pasta. but i can see how your brief time in japan has confused you.

I think where most of you miss the point in your subjectivity is that Japanese cuisine is not necessarily supposed to be big on taste, but more so on the total culinary experience....The visual aesthetics, how food pairs with other dishes on the same plate, and the total dynamics involved are what make Japanese cuisine! Less is more, so when you mention Japanese food lacking in taste, then that could go both ways....i.e. maybe you lack taste in the general sense when it comes to food Japanese cuisine. Creativity is far from lacking in Japanese cuisine!

Jap food is boring and tasteless.

I know fettuccine is pasta, but how it's understood by people with a normal brain is spaghetti. I believe in exactly what I wrote. G# s#ck # f#rt!

You must have a tongue problem then. That's the only way to make sense of your last comment. If you call that greasy, oily, overly spicy, junk food you guys eat back up in Euroville, then you must not have evolved enough on the taste scale.:shroom:
