Kwan and Wei Si...are alleged to have been arguing with a shopkeeper in a 24-hour store when police were called. Marijuana was allegedly found in a cigarette they were carrying. This Chinese language report seems to suggest the argument took place in Don Quijote in Shibuya. Edit: Japanese sources report they were being accused of shoplifting in the store. Wei Si is also known as Jill Vidal and that's the name which TV and newspapers are using.
