Actually, I think that's a good idea]heads...[/color] uh, brains, for a change. The war between the J-sexes seems to be heating up, and I think a lot of those chikan accusations are BS, or at least highly exaggerated. It's an easy way to seek revenge against men for whatever, and way too simple to wreck a man's life like that. Even if "something" happens, it could be handled by the "victim" in a more nature way - a sneaky pinch, etc. would do it.

Now that you mentioned it, it happened on the line coming out of his hometown, Tachikawa, it may have been Take and I just thought it was a girl....

I don't think chikkanery should ever be reported. However, it should be graded.

Good point. I'm tired of seeing these guys getting rated as a full blown chikkan, for just a simple pinch on the butt. The system needs standardization and rankings. Far too many wannabe's are getting high level ratings without the sufficient experience and proper techniques.
