Harassing The Homeless

A Kobe University student posted this video clip on mixi from where it became public (there are several screenshots of his page on the web). TBS even picked up on it, reporting that his school was obliged to make a statement following the outcry.

I'd much rather watch someone jumping on that homeless-jumping precious snowflake's face.
Never criticize anyone until you've walked several kilometres in their shoes.
Because

1. You're now several kilometres away; and

2. You've got their shoes.

Kind of a dickhead thing to do but hardly scandalous.

I cannot imagine anything more disgraceful than jumping over somebody sleeping on the footpath. How shocking! What is this country coming to? Sheer, utter disgrace! :winkb:

An article about the incident I just read said that on his Mixi page where he posted the video he wrote that he threw raw eggs at the man. Since then it's been reported that he was just received an acceptance letter of employment from Panasonic, and he has come out to say that it wasn't a homeless person, just one of his friends pretending to be one for the video.

I hope he loses the job over this. I also recently applied to Panasonic for a job I was more than qualified for but didn't even get an interview. It ticks me off that dipshits like this get ahead.

What, you mean in a city like Tokyo, there is nothing better to do?

When I'm in Tokyo, stuff like breathing and not shiting youself while being overrun by claustrophobia are usually my 2 first occupations. Trying to sort out where am i and which metro company to use to get even more lost usually come 3rd. But it's like in Paris, the more lost you are, the more interesting discoveries/shop you do.

Never compare yourself to a local when applying for a job at a J-company. It'll only lead to even greater frustration.

That guy is a fag... but no harm done. I'd still like to slap the living shit out of him just for being a pussy and picking on helpless people.

I saw some kids on the train making fun of a handicapped guy the other day. It pissed me off but I kept my mouth closed.

Karma.

2 weeks ago, I was a witness to 2 cars speeding on a very narrow road. One of the cars was a Honda Oddessey and the other a K-car. They collided into each other, the impact was so strong, it sent the Oddessey spinning out of control and flipping over twice before landing in and upside down in a rice field. The people were squashed as the roof folded in like a beer can. I jumped out of my car to see what, if anything I could do. A lot of cars were passing by ogling and staring, finally after about 5 long agonizing minutes a couple of cars cautiously approached me and a woman asked me, is everything alright? the people in the car were moaning quite loudly being in that awful position, so I wanted to say to that nice lady, yea, everyone is just dandy! It took almost 30 min. for the cops to come and an additional 15 for the Ambulance to come, in the meantime, the crowd swelled to over 30 people just trying to get a glimpse of someone else's tragedy, the whole thing was nauseating! If you can't or don't want to get involved for Christ's sake, move on!! Some people are just unbelievable!
