Apparently cold potatoes, some sort of franken-processed cheese, raw onions, and some sort of sweet jizz sauce ruined it for him.

Is it mashed potatoes of Japanese-style potato salad? Japanese potato salad tend be mashed. On the homepage they just call it "potato filling." Sounds delicious :puke:

Chunky mashed, not puree mousseline mashed.
And since i alway put the mcdo bag in front of the rear floor heating vent by reflex(*) (under the front seat) i'm starting to wonder if it was warm from the start or just baked by the car... The climate control is weird on that thing for the second row. While front and 3rd are either hot or cold independently. The middle can be full hot on the feets and full cold from the overhead vents at the same time. Seems to depend on the engine version, and the manual ask you to consult your dealership aboot the feature... Never a good sign with these guys...

(*)yes, of course, did that with a sundae too... Best oreo vanilla warm soup ever...

How many boxes of Chicken McNuggets did you send?

Japan's cat island finds purr-fect solution to food crisis

Tokyo (AFP) - An army of cats ruling a remote Japanese island are licking their whiskers after a plea for food aid triggered a flood of donations from across the country.

More than 140 cats occupy the tiny island of Aoshima in southern Japan -- outnumbering humans by eight to one -- but when the feral felines recently ran out of cat food, a cry for help led to an extraordinary response.

"Food began pouring in from all over Japan," Kazuyuki Ono, 59, whose tweet raised the alarm, told AFP on Friday.

"There's so much of it now we can't store it," he added.

"We're asking people to stop sending donations. But the cats couldn't be happier."

Fittingly, hundreds of boxes of cat food arrived at Aoshima dock, a 30-minute boat ride from the mainland, in time for February 22 -- officially Cat Day in Japan.

"The food started arriving right at that time," said Ono.

"In spring and summer, tourists bring food to feed the cats but when it gets cold, the sea is rough and nobody comes. Sometimes boats can't cross in the rough seas. It's a mysterious little island."

Exactly. I used to watch "Red Dwarf" and had no idea what a smeg head was and didn't know till I came to Japan and started hanging out with Brits.

Newbie. Do you even own a proper Jpn bicycle? That is a genuine shopping bicycle: it be da cheez. I used to have a big 29" geared one, and yes, it was called the Gran Fromage.

PS BTW, the Dyck clan is not amused by any of these jokes. And they're Huge in the prairies.
So to speak.
PPS I was taught by Noel Dyck (say it quickly), and he had brothers named Harold and Richard.

You have got to be pulling my third leg. I grew up in a town where the father of a classmate was named, and I kid you not, Harry Dyck. And, seriously, I do not make this up, the youngest daughter was named Anita.

Free Japanese lessons for you (some prior Islamic radicalism may be necessary):

The prisoners in these new anti-radicalisation units will enjoy resources that put the rest of the penal system to shame. They will be supervised by a larger-than-usual complement of warders, trained in the rudiments of Salafism, and they will receive visits by sociologists, psychologists and historians (to argue against their rose-tinted ideas about medieval caliphates). The routine for these men will include theatre workshops, political discussions and lessons in the prison school – reading and writing for the barely literate, Japanese for the intellectually advanced.

Aha, they want to send all the smart radicals to Japan.

You have to give it to those French...
