Looks like an intercom to communicate easily with the driver/captain. Sort of in line with the airbus interior look. Cool.

Yes standard doorbell intercom, the call unit is on the front dash. Between the noise of the engine, the tires and the aircon fans it's between hard and impossible to communicate front to back (which is at the 3rd row depth.)
And I'm still planning to put a partition wall behind the front seats.

How about power supply? I assume you fitted an inverter 12V DC to 100V AC. Where did you hide it? And wiring - behind that panel to the floor and then to behind/under the glovebox and across?

Mine is battery (AA) powered to avoid draining more on the onboard factory AC 100v.
The 2 phone styles wires slip easily beetween all the plastic bits and for the rear the exit to the handeld unit is made through the 2nd row seatbealt slot. The second row seatbelts are now hidden behind the plastic panels or the handset on the left.
