Poor quality video of Kate Bush on TBS. It hiccups at the beginning but you can get the idea. The show was callled "Sound in S" and the two singers are Yukari Ito and Hatsumi Shibata. The song is actually called "The Heavy People" and dates from the late seventies. It was used in a Seiko commercial at the time. Quite why Kate Bush is only dancing and not singing, and why the song title was changed, remain unknown.
