There are videos up there now and I enjoyed some of them. I'm not sure what the site mainly intends to be, though. They have an events timetable and city guide but the current content is fairly lightweight compared with other sites out there. It could improve over time.

So who/what is a Spinshell TV?
They seem to be a small, bootstrapping operation based out of mansion/office/recording studio in Akibane. You have to admire their goals for such a small operation.

I agree. When I first saw their site, it looked like it might be some offshoot of a major media company targeting a niche market but it does seem as if they are just a small outfit trying to make something happen.
