AK, mara is absolutely right. The clip wasn't that great because Sedaris isn't really a stand-up type - you need to hear him telling stories. And one of the best examples is Me Talk Pretty One Day , which is his amazing funny story of growing up as a lispy effeminate kid in the South and his later life as an American expat in France trying to learn the lingo and fit in.
