I thought the cartoon linked in the OP was pretty funny! I like the way the "Un" of "Unko" is linked to "Un" (fortune). Of course none of the "ethnic" characters appear in this particular episode.

Well, well, well...Why is it always that the psychopathic, Pedophiles of Japan have to be so over the top sarcastic and make misinformed, misguided comments.
