These hobby policemen should be jailed furst... If any clown and his dog can start harrasing bystander because he got himself a cute uniform at uniqlo this shit will get out of hand. It's nothing else than gang war with an ultrabright smile. I'd rather deal with bosozoku... (mainly because most of them are already over 60...)

Funny, in a typically sad sort of way.

The younger toy cop near the end saying: "it's unfortunate that it was perceived as racial discrimination, because it wasn't."

Roll back a bit to hear the older toy cop say: "so you think you can take on Japanese samurai, eh?"

Um ... not racial discrimination? Unfortunately, too many J-people wouldn't know racial discrimination if it smacked 'em in the face. There is no racial discrimination in Japan, you see ...

I agree...
There is absolutely no such thing as racial discrimination in Japan (except when foreigners discriminate against the Japanese).

Does anyone know what the offense was in the first video?

His [Brendan Behan's] last words were to several nuns standing over his bed, "God bless you, may your sons all be bishops."

I believe the Nigerian was sitting on a railing.

However, I am not sure if the offense was that he was Nigerian or sitting on the railing.

Maybe both.:p

I wish the Shibuya patrol would come to Roppongi. Despite the new ordinance, the Nigerians are still bloody annoying!

There's a lengthy comment thread on Japan Probe which appears to feature a number of Japanese responses. Some of those appear mystified that the guy would have reacted poorly to having a security guard get in his face.

That security guard was a real prick but I'd still like to see what actually lead up to the argument. Was he just harassing Africans or were those guys being a nuisance? Either way, I would like to see someone show that samurai what a good old fashioned uppercut to the jaw can do.
