Where are these filters? Who analyzed them? Where is the data? I'd like to know and see that information.

God, you're such a drama queen.

God, you're such a drama queen.

What are you exactly trying to disprove ?

These would be good questions if the airfilter problem was a key point in determining wether or not the plant is shitting itself.

Unfortunately it's just a cynical reference to a previous post where I suggested the use of car air filters as a way to collect dynamic samples of the exposure for your average human in the streets since car breathe and what they breath can be traced from the content of the air filter.
They (whoever they are) did these analysis and found expected crap, or at least what can be expected from the current situation. Having numbers however low they might be would not improve anything since these components shall not be found (or at least ya can bet they should not) in air filter for normal countries.

You still didn't answer aboot what are the supposed normal level, for now you are just again playing smartass. In another context these question would be crucial, here they are barely above "who give a fuck" since the original report is not "ground breaking" or a discovery but just "one more expected crap that appears to be true", namely... cars air filter are good at catching crap... and said found crap was also known to have been released by the accident...

Nothing ground breaking or surprising in both case... just a case of 1 + 1 = 2. And while it's true that there are no stupid questions(*)... yours are truly irrelevant... Done in a more scientific way, numbers would tell you how bad it really is... without numbers... you're just sure it's bad... at least for the cars... and their mechanics...

However phony Busby might be...

Like for fairwinds... if you can't counter the claim... try to shoot the messenger...

Even if like in this case of airfilters... they are just stating the obvious (water is wet, filters catch crap)...

And, sometimes... like maybe here, the situation is bad enough so you don't even have to make shit up...

Why so rabid ?

Rather unfortunate how such incidents as the tsunami or Fukushima Daiichi attract every opportunistic fucktard, such as Gundersen and Busby, with some batshit crazy agenda.

Now for my prediction: in the next decade 1000 times as many people on going to die from choking on kagami mochi as from any effect of Fukushima Daiichi.

I still don't find it really right to put Gundersen in the same basket as the other war profiteering crowd...

One of the challenges of debunking quacks such as Gundersen is that most people can't discern whether or not he is bullsh*tting.

To someone with little or no knowledge of physics + nucl eng his claims sounds plausible while in fact he's typically not even wrong.

If you say so. From the article in my above post...

The Energy Collective blog is an energy industry (Siemens AG) sponsored site with a variety of bloggers that offers interesting information on all forms of power sources in that context. It is significant that Adams is readily taken to task in the comment section by a fellow Energy Collective diarist for his tone and destructive methods on what should be his home turf.
This [Adams' diary] post doesn't create the context that correctly illustrates the news reporting climate that's shrouded Fukushima, in your article debunking Arnie. That includes those we would expect to hear from which includes TEPCO, the Japanese government and the IAEA. Gundersen has also been completely correct in many of his assertions from day one, but you haven't pointed that out.
Is there some new special type of radioactive decay of particles coming from the reactor that is not present in nature?

Oh? In nature there are three main known types of radioactive decay:

1. alpha: helium-4 nuclei emitted

2. beta: electrons and positrons emitted

3. gamma: high energy photons emitted

plus a number of other rare processes

What is the new man-made radioactive decay process that you and Gundersen have discovered?

This is important. A Nobel Award in physics for the both of you awaits.

At this point, I think that rug is a bit larger than the rug used to cover a salaryman's barcode.

Philistine! Surely you must know that radiation affects Japanese and hairy barbarians in totally different ways? (Exactly how will be determined according to circumtances surrounding the test results). It all has to do with the shorter colon of the Yamato race. Sheesh.

I should have seen that one coming...I suppose if any get sick or die from radiation, they'll be written off as ethnically Korean.
