On April 3, 1988, the Los Angeles Times Magazine pub­lished a 25-year look ahead to 2013...

This is cool...and a recipe for disaster. I would create fucken mayhem.
Still, good on the Dutch: I'd never really associated Netherlanders with innovation, except when it came to whoring, hash, economic bubbles, CDs, apartheid and racist Christmas caricatures.

Yep, it is a little impractical, isn't it? Try to take off in that thing when in a traffic jam (hint: it is NOT a helicopter).

Of course, flying cars are nice to avoid traffic jams, but there is already a solution for that: motor cycles. And they take as many passengers as this invention.
