I think I came across it while I was searching for more info on your Tony Blair post.

Nothing fast or shocking about it, it's been on a long decline.
Who would want to be the President of the United States of Circus Freaks and Boguns?

I don't agree. As it happens, I have always liked America and am pro American warts and all as long as we reserve the right to tell America to get lost sometimes. Others may have always disliked it but they never felt pity and distain for it like now.

The americans of today, with their hands out, will vote for anyone who will promise them free stuff.
This is just another election where I won't be voting for the lesser of two evils (or two idiots, take your pick).

The country is prosperous (and not just for the so called 1%'), but the cities look like war zones.
I am most definitely not a neo-marxist and I don't begrudge the prosperity that people have worked for (including billionaires).
I would think with the the prosperity we have, that solutions could be found for the growing homelessness, mental issues, gun violence, and drugs in our cities.
It seems we can spend billions propping up some of our "allies", but none helping our own people (that would be socialism...).
