When I think of Toyohashi, I think of the city in Aichi at the end of the Meitetsu line. That's an hour's haul out of Nagoya. Only been as far as Zengo eki [quite a few times].
Not aware of any such station serviced by the Tokyo Metro Ginza line [orange colour line]

Sometimes we also have road transit of shinkansen rolling stock through Toyohashi, might be because the Shinkansen is for 1435 mm for export compatibility reason while other trains have the standard more or less metric width. Well unless you're in Hokkaido... then all bets are off...
