FYI: Tokyo Tech - Not showing up on the "Hot Topics" at the top of the page when a post is made.

It is not the only category which is not included in the Hot Topics listing (and I'm talking about more than just categories only visible to a select class of users)
In other words, this is regarded by the site owner and the settings he chooses, as a feature, not as a bug.

Ah, that big "Hot Topics" square. I think, it was the first thing I killed by means of my ad-blocker a long time ago. My bookmark goes to "active topics" anyway.
