The previous is a load of crap. I'm 5'10 weigh 238 pounds(nearly 80 lbs overweight) and I function perfectly fine.(Admittedly, it's in the form of a lonely man's tension relief(aka wanking), but it does function.)My voice is the same baritone it's always been since my voice broke, and I definitely don't have delicate skin.
