It would have been a much better idea to spend the money cleaning up the beaches that are just an hour away from Tokyo.

Errr, ummm, not that I'm against more semi-naked Shibuya girls, but did somebody forget the "water"? Yoyogi National Gymnasium is only concrete.

That may not matter. I've met several of the denizens over there that are only around water in the rain. You have to date them up-wind! A very strain on the so-called J-person bath ethic!
