I am partial to aiming higher when using a toilet that has a sink built on top of it. It is just a challenge waiting to be accepted, and I like a challenge.

First you have your tachigui followed by some tachinomi, after that of course you will need a tachishoben. At last you can go home for some tachibakku.

The garden belongs to us, or to the people we know, and must therefore be respected. The street, on the other hand, since it belongs to everybody belongs to no one and need not be respected at all.

This is also the reason why they leave their trash on the beach, mountains, etc.

Is this why you see bunch of pet bottles lying next to telephone poles to wash away the piss?

um.. in case you're serious:

Note the character "inu" on the top (I can't quite make out the bottom character). These bottles are thought to scare away dogs and cats and keep them from peeing. Supposedly they see a refracted image through the bottle of water, it moves and scares them away. Yeah right.
Even if it did scare away dogs and cats, it isn't four-legged creatures doing the peeing.

Yeah "inu no shonben" = dog piss.
I always thought people poured water to dillute their dog pea so I was not sure that the dogs were seeing the reflections.

This is bullshit. If you are drunk and need a piss, you go! It doesn't matter where you are. Here, there are more drunk guys walking home at night, and you see it more often. I love pissing on the street, especially when I'm drunk. And I love living in a country where I can do it with impunity.
It's the spitting I cannot tolerate. The *hock* *cack* *spit* SPLAT! noise. That shit is just plain wrong.

I have a question.

Maybe I'm strange, but I can't drop number 2 without number 1 occuring at the same time or right before.

I mean, I would think that guy would be pissing in his drawers....

Well, clearly you haven't tried it yourself. I highly recommend it as an important step towards acting properly Japanese. Pissing outside of bathrooms- not just for toddlers anymore.

I almost never piss right before, during or right after a shit.

But I do look at the toilet paper after I wipe. I keep wiping until nothing comes off. That's the only way I know I got it clean. I was surprised to learn a lot of people just wipe it off in one swipe and don't even check. Their shit must not be as messy as mine.

I also once dated a chick who wiped back to front. I was like, 'You're gonna get shit in your cunt.' Her pussy tasted bad, too.

I can't drop a number 2 either without dropping the ones - but I have no qualms about peeing in the street I go against a wall or somewhere that people won't walk in.

But pooing in the street? Man I know dogs do it, but hell they can't really have that much of a choice where they go.
will the last one out please turn the light off.....

If I saw something like that, I might be compelled to kick that fucker in the head.

A short essay in the People's Daily, the Chinese Communist Party mouthpiece, took aim at Koizumi's repeated visits to Tokyo's Yasukuni shrine, which honors Japan's war dead, including 14 Class A war criminals.

"There's an old Chinese saying that one pellet of rat excrement can ruin a whole pot of soup," said the writer, identified as Wu Ming, apparently a pen name.

"Not that the Yasukuni shrine is to be compared to good soup ... but it's completely correct to compare war criminals, especially Class A war criminals, to rat excrement," Wu wrote.

The opinion piece in Monday's edition went on to speculate what would happen if a sane man drank soup which he knew contained rat excrement, suggesting a parallel with Koizumi's visits.

"People would have no choice but to assume a person like that had a special interest in rat excrement," it said.

U.S. Army dog handler charged with abusing Iraqi prisoners at Abu Ghraib says he was competing with another canine team to frighten detainees into soiling themselves, another soldier testified at the man's court-martial Tuesday. The testimony on the second day of the trial was the most damaging evidence the government has presented against Sgt. Michael J. Smith.

Sgt. John H. Ketzer, who worked as an interrogator at the prison, testified that he followed the sounds of screaming to a cell where Smith's black Belgian shepherd was straining against its leash and barking at two cowering teenagers in a part of the prison reserved for juveniles and women. Ketzer said Smith laughed as he told Ketzer shortly thereafter, "My buddy and I are having a contest to see if we can get them to (defecate on) themselves because we've already had some (urinate on) themselves."

I'm a street pisser. I was before I came to Japan, and I continued the tradition after coming here. Pissing outdoors is just more satisfying.

I used to live on the fifth floor of an apartment building here in Japan, with a small canal running under my balcony. I used to piss off the balcony into the canal just for fun, even though my toilet was just as close as the balcony.
