Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi, who cut a CD of Elvis Presley songs shortly after taking office in 2001, could see out his term with a visit to the King of Rock 'n' Roll's Graceland mansion in Tennessee. U.S. ambassador to Japan Thomas Schieffer said he raised the possibility of a visit to Graceland when he visited the prime minister's office. Koizumi, 64, was born seven years to the day after Elvis Presley and regularly voices his passion for him.
Seems like an appropriate time to also mention: Lisa Marie Presley Weds in Kyoto.
