Laqua - Healing Baden

Anybody here ever been to Laqua? What's it like? is it easy to get around if you speak only basic japanese? what does the entrance fee include? what's the "healing baden"? is it worth the extra 300 yen?

Can anyone recommend some other cheaper hot spring places in Tokyo?
