very near.
I think, the best of pork dish is "Sho-ga Yaki!", just tasted Shoga and Shoyu sauce.

never disappoint you!!
If some chance, I show easy cooking, I can cook ''Sukiyaki'' as cheep beef.
cheep beef '' sukiyaki '' is better expencive one, I think.
not good season eat Sukiyaki now, too hot, Winter is better.
