"Ero-terrorist" Yin Ling poses in an uncharacteristically sober outfit at a promotional event for Adult Treasure Expo 2007 (English). ATE will be based on the annual Las Vegas Adult Entertainment Expo. ZAKZAK reports (Japanese) that the expo will not simply feature porn video and sex toy makers among the exhibitors. With the motto "Otona ni Genki", the Expo will also feature anti-Aids messages, health and beauty products as well as discussions on Japan's declining birthrate and how to lead an active life in retirement. Those last two sound like sops to the regulators who granted a licence for this event. The organizers are Treasure Works who are best-known for introducing the Eropon range of bondage figurines (a quick google will lead you to their English language site). The promotional event was held last week, featuring a Miss ATE Queen contest and some pole dancing. The Crazy Ken Band and ZEEBRA are tipped to appear at the Expo and some well-known foreign acts are also expected to perform. Oh, and it will be held at Makuhari Messe over three days from the 27th to the 29th of July. Tickets will be 3,000 yen.
