5.3 inches?!? That's a pretty low standard. I presume this number was chosen out of thin air, as an attempt to make micropenised otaku feel better about themselves.

It reminds me (in inverse) of an old Kurt Vonnegut short story about aliens who invade earth. But they start by infiltrating an advertising agency. They begin a campaign to bombard the media with false statistics about average people, stuff like the average guy has a 9.5 inch penis and has sex 8 times a week. Eventually everyone is so demoralized by how below average they are, so when the invasion comes, the humans are a pushover.
