My infuriated-kansai-ben is a little rusty. What the hell is that guy complaining about?

Probably the douche bag missed his last train home. I can only make out the "urusai" (shut the fuck up) at the end.

Seriously, drunks like that should get their asses whooped. At least in the US, he would have been jumped and robbed for what he is worth for holding up the train. Notice how the J-Wa police wouldn't even show up to pacify the situation. What a joke.

It's hard to catch with that announcement over the top, but I think he may be saying something about a jidouhanbaiki (vending machine):

He put his yen in . . . but the "pansu" didn't drop down or something (?)

Like the guy would automatically get jumped and robbed in the States for holding up a train.

Then you try doing that and find out yourself what will happen. Trust me, it is not pretty.

I'm sick of Americans talking about how rough everything in America is. It makes us look bad and isn't true.

People would most likely yell at him. He'd have a better chance of getting smacked around the States than in Japan for sure, but it's still not likely to happen in most instances in most places. I've lived all over the States and I would say this:

-In NYC, he'd be most likely to get threatened and yelled at without anyone actually doing anything
-In Atlanta, he'd be most likely to have someone physically restrain him which could lead to a fight
- In Seattle, people would be most likely to yell at the conductor to do something about it and start calling for the police

In LA, someone would rob a bank and the news crews would cover everything as he drove all over LA with sparks trailing behind him from his blown out tires. Not sure how this ties into the above, I was just feeling nostalgic.

Aside from the one post above, can anyone else shed some light on what the guy is so ticked about? It sounds like right when the video clip ends, somebody gets sick of his complaining and tells him to shut up...right when it was getting good, I guess.

The announcement is saying the train is stopped ("teishi shite orimasu") so maybe he's pissed about that?

Hard to make out exactly what he saying with the siren in the background an everything but I can make out something about "everybody on the platform" (ima sugu ekiin... fo-mu zenin...) and something along the lines of "you think I have this kind of time" (jikan aru ka yo)

According to the description of the vid on youtube the last "urusai" was from another passenger =)

Speculation in the comments runs along the lines that he was pissed because the trains weren't running and he wanted to get home quick so he could masturbate.

Good to know the internet is pretty much the same no matter what the language :)
