in this first clip, an infamous flag-waver stands there holding a red flag, y'know.. just in case the light he's standing adjacent to wasn't quite red enough or something..

note: i am having difficulty with youtube not rendering the second clip properly, despite its playing fine on my pc. i will try again tomorrow.

and here he is being very helpful and useful again, this time waving a white flag as the light turns blue (upper left in the upside-down clip).

it honestly makes my blood boil to see this, 3-4 times a week on each end of this stupid project. in april of 2006 water loosened up and cracked the concrete or some such and this repair project has been going on near 20 months now. it's at the exit of a tunnel, and at times they have the timers set to six minutes.
