[/floatl]The Sankei reports (Japanese) that high-class restaurant Senba Kitcho is in the headlines again. Last year, they were found to have mislabelled beef and chicken dishes on their menus and were forced to suspend business. The scandal was made worse when management initially denied knowing about the fraud, blaming employees, but later were forced to admit full responsibility. Some of the staff, perhaps chagrined by this lack of loyalty, told investigators that the restaurant was also in the habit of serving up leftovers to other customers so the police once again raided the premises.
