This was funny.
This go goes naked, escapes the idiot Japanese keystone cops, all 50 of them.
Jumps in the moat near the place, throws rocks at the cops in a boat who are terrified of this guy. He then proceeds to climb the wall, pulling rocks out on the way and sits up on top, stark bollock naked before he allows the keystone cops to rescue him.

I like it that the cops didn't resort to beating him or frying him with electricity. They allowed the comedy to unfold, didn't sustain any casualties, and got their man without cracking his skull. Win-win!

I have a bit of a different take on that and believe they as the True Keystone cops they are, were frantically trying to catch him but their fear overtook them and they reacted as the little men they are with marbles between their legs.

Did you see them run away in that alley like school kids. How embarrassing and near the Imperial Place.

If you'd read all of my posts (and they were spaced real close together, for your convenience), you'd have noticed I rather admired the restraint of the J-cops, intentional or otherwise. Yup, I noted what they would prolly do in América del Norte. However, you'll notice that I never once suggested that was the right or best course of action. You've confused a mere statement of fact for some sort of cheer leading for the United States of Jesus Land. I happen to hail from The Great White North, and apparently our defenders of peace and justice just love to zap the bad guys. I'm sure there's a time and place, but today's show went down just fine, whether or not the cops were equipped to deal with it.
