I will agree with you. The J-women that we have employed have been fantastic and they have no hesitation in pushing the guys in the office around.
We don't have OL's here but we mainly have had female accounts/book-keepers/administration staff and they really keep the engineers in line. Perhaps because they also do the payroll might have something to do with it.
