Police said the band members arranged a meeting with the photographer in a parking lot in the Takadanobaba district of Tokyo's Shinjuku-ku on Aug. 26 last year. Furious that the captions and photos he had supplied of the band were listed incorrectly in a fashion magazine, the band members began a brutal gang bashing of the photographer.
They later loaded him into the back of a van and continued to beat him repeatedly. He was finally freed after an ordeal lasting close on six hours.
