photoshop.
lighting on her face does not match the lighting on her body. The only way that shot was possible is with two flashes and the walls don't show it.

my guess anyway.

Nope. She isn't a belt notch. She's married and for me, married ladies are OFF the menu. My gf invited her friends over and this lady fell asleep at one point, but before she fell asleep she started yawning.
