This guy was all over the news several months ago. It seems that every generation must relearn this difficult lesson about the dangers of smooth talking men guaranteeing large returns on cash investments. Americans have Charles Ponzi as an example, now the Japanese have Ogami.

Oh yeah, and the scumbags who helped him should get the noose as well:
