Anyone used Tenso.com here? (http://www.tenso.com/en/)

Its supposed to send you things bought online from companies in Japan back to your home country cheaper without the rediculous overseas shipping charges...

Just wondering what the catch is & if anyone has any feedback??

I haven't used them, but I've heard good things from people who have. That's all I can say.
