Peter Norman was his name. Great story. He's the reason why Tommie Smith is wearing a glove on his right hand and John Carlos is wearing one on his left. One of the two Americans (forget who) forgot to bring his gloves with him to the podium and Peter Norman suggested they put the gloves on as the famous picture shows. When Peter Norman died a few years ago Tommie Smith and John Carlos were pallbearers at his funeral.

That's not done via computer, it's the camera angle. Shoot from above with the subject looking up at the lense. Heavy eye makeup is a must. Experiment a bit, you'll get it.
