Longtime FG lurker in Tokyo

Postby cujojpn » Thu Oct 01, 2009 5:52 am

Hey guys, I am glad to finally have signed up to the boards. I am a long time lurker, ever since the robpongi videos, before he got all North Korean political activist.

Anyways, I will be in Tokyo Oct 24th-Nov 7th for some informational interviews at some design agencies. And will love to hang out with some of the FG and meet new people!

Gee, are we really so scary you didn't sign up for 5 years?

It's not like we're cannibals or anything.

Nah - people are usually welcomed here unless they start off with silly things like:

1) asking inane questions before using the search function to see if said inane question has been asked before
2) ignorantly slagging off a long time member
3) trolling
4) Spamming (sic)

But mostly, if you are willing to join the party in the spirit of the party, then there is no hazing.

But where will you be located - I am sure we can arrange a welcome wagon. We can usually drum up a few FG's for a coffee or a beer in Shinjuku or Shibuya. Just make sure that you don't let Taro forget about me again.

That's not unusual, but what is important is whether or not it was written in lipstick.....

Def not the age bracket that goes to Motown 1-2

I am 22 and went there, lots of Ojisan. I didn't even meet anyone besides the bartender. lol. I should have just went to a random club, probably would have been more successful than me getting buzzed alone off some biiru.

Oh well, there is always next time I come to Tokyo.

Edit: And is it because I am black that all the fucking annoying ass Ghana "pimps" try to cater me to their strip club? Seriously that shit is annoying.
