You are missing my point. The fact that you listed them at all shows a disrespect to the women you had sex with. It doesn't matter that there are a million Tomoko's, what matters is that SHE could identify herself and would likely feel violated.
I don't doubt Jack's story (though none of the Tomoko's, Junko's or Yuko's I know are that young), I simply questioned his motivation for telling it.
