Merry Christmas 2008 Everyone! (Edit: and 2009)

Postby FG Lurker » Thu Dec 25, 2008 1:19 am

Well, we're about an hour into Christmas Day... Merry Christmas everyone!

I hope everyone has a great Christmas, and here's hoping for a great 2009 too!
And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death

Merry Christmas from sunny New Zealand!!! Its just after 8am here and kids are out and about playing with their new bikes and stuff like that. I'm just off to work for 5 hours (at 5 times hourly rate -booyah) then off to a BBQ dinner.
Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season, and i hope wherever you are, you are with good people having a few drinks and good food.

Merry Christmas everyone! Just had my Christmas morning eggnog with just a little bit of rum in it. Will relax for a while then get geared up for the big turkeyfest that will happen tonight. Hope those of you working have a quiet and peaceful day, and those on holiday relax and enjoy the beauty of the day.

Who sent me the 20 kg. bag of coal? Well, I'll use it in a well-ventillated room to heat the pot-belly stove. I am a gross polluter. Merry Holidays y'all and may next year bring you more and better porn, more and cheaper alcohol, and turbo-charged goats.

I just got drunk as hell on Christmas with a bunch of Japanese friends. I am shit faced now but not so much that I can't post properly on this board. We had some hella good Italian food and I drank far too many beers and wine to even think straight. So Merry Christmas to all you fuckers and may your Santa wet dreams come true!

Me and the gal-pal compromised this year...went to an Xmas illumination deal at some park full of cheap festival food vendors, a death metal band, and cheek-to-jowl mobs of people. Then we watched Strange Brew. Did the chicken & cake deal Xmas eve.

Who suggested what and who compromised on what?
Nice of GF to expose you to true Bob & Doug McKenzie Canadian culture.

I see nothing wrong with that translation.

Wishing everyone over in FG-land a very merry xmas! 16:30 on the 24th here in western Kanuckistan... Shopping is all done, a few things left to wrap... Will be nice to have turkey instead of chicken this year!
