That price is tempting.
I'm guessing that like the CF memory card for my Nikon digi-cam, it takes one 256 MB SD memory card to power the Pongi Army camera for 45-second video recording.
The price of SD memory cards would bankrupt even the wealthy gentleman-of-leisure, his Lord Pongi.

Yeah, the price of the media is always a sticking point. I'm actually migrating from a digital still to a MiniDV cam in the next week or so. I paid $33 a 64MB Smart Media card a few years ago, and now I'll be able to get 6 60-minute MiniDV tapes for under $30. Ah, progress.

I'm getting the Canon ZR60.



Just in time too. I found out this morning that the school I'm slated to get a job with wants me in Korea in two weeks. Time to start packing!

you can get a 1GB smart media card for $200 and some change. That will hold quite a few minutes of video I think, depending on your record settings.
