And I think all the Japanese girls getting their brains fucked out by foreigners deserve it also.
And like this it will continue forever as Japanese men have no panache, no manners, no brains and even smaller dicks than their pets.

Don't feed the gaijinpot refugees

Postby rooboy » Sun Oct 19, 2008 11:42 am

McTojo is a misfit African American who used to post endless drivel on gaijinpot and left after being banned countless times. His stuff aint funny - it's the worst kind of garbage, mindless pseudo Japanese right wing hate stuff. It stops being comical VERY quickly. Takechanpoo he aint.

He's a fat (seen his photo) fool who helps sad misfit would be tough right wingers with their ultra nationalistic blogs. Best advice is not to encourage him. It leads to endless waste of forum space on hateful and pseudo hateful rantings. Believe me, it aint worth it.

He just destroys the fun of everything. Ignore him and when he gets hysterical ban him. Fucked gaijin is great, it's so tolerant but believe me you don't want certified, authentic loser sociopaths wasting the space here.

In his profile, he says he likes Mishima. Mishima certainly is one to look up to. He was a closet fag who fucked up even his own suicide. Long live the Crysanthenum Children! Banzai!!! Remember it!!!

Wow, indeed. If I was his family, I would have been devasted by the result of the trial. Sounds like the legal system was very one-sided the case.

Yes well there are two sides to each story. In this case I think if you draw a line down the middle of the two sides then you might be closer to the truth.

But then again, who knows???? Tis sad that this was the outcome, from every point of view.

Regardless of what we each individually think of Scott, the DJ, or Mr. Anonymous, I think we can at least agree as a whole that the media reports on the incident have been incompetent journalism at best, and blatant xenophobia at worst.

Just wondering (no disrespect to the deceased), who would go barging into a club they knew was illegal and start making demands, even if it was next door to their own property? Easy to figure that kind of club would have some unsavory characters hanging around, if not actively involved in running it. You'd have to be exceptionally confident, or drunk and frustrated, to waltz into a place like that...

The club was illegal? Not what I heard.
Mr Kobayashi: First, I experienced a sort of overpowering feeling whenever I was in the room with foreigners, not to mention a powerful body odor coming from them. I don't know whether it was a sweat from the heat or a cold sweat, but I remember I was sweating whenever they were around.

I was theorizing out loud based on the Debito report in Taro's post. Yes, there is a difference between not legally allowed to operate a club, and staying open illegally after hours. I'm not sure if it was one, the other, or neither.

[quote]So, Scott comes home, after a night of Japanese-style drinking with his friends. His building is shaking from the sounds of a club operating illegally after-hours next door to him. He has a history with that club, and with the DJ (per written accounts), having asked, on several occasions, that they keep it down, as city ordinances dictated. So, he goes next door, feeling justified–]

I don't have a cite right now, and anyway it was just someone on the net, but they said that the club was operating within their legal operating hours for that part of the city, when the confrontation occurred.

I'm not saying the guy deserved to get killed, far from it, just that it's better for us to be in possession of all the facts before we get our knickers in a knot.

All the reports have the assault taking place at 10:30pm which wouldn't be illegal for any club. The legality issue is a red-herring. BUL-LETS is not an illegal club. If they allow dancing beyond midnight then they are breaking the law but, as we've described in other threads, this is more to do with the restrictive nature of night-time business ordinances than any real criminal behaviour.

Definitely seems that what dear Scotty had for brains, he lacked in common sense. NOBODY chokes you just because.... there is always a reason, no matter how slight. He should have known he was putting himself into a compromising and antagonistic position the moment he stepped into the club. If he was not willing and prepared to accept any consequences thereof , he simply should have chosen another path. Demon alcohol methinks had a minor role in this .... especially if he was drinking 'Japanese style' shit whiskey.

I have to agree that Mr. Anonymous sounds like a real dickwad. His main argument seems to be Scotty couldn't have started it because he was rich, successful and better than the rest of you (as am I). Yeah, rich people don't start trouble. OJ, Phil Spector, Bernie Madoff ...

Figured I might as well zombie this thread since it's been referenced and I wasn't around to comment on it as it took place.

Since TIJ and the whole gaijin vs. Japanese thing seems beaten to death, I won't even bother to comment on it. When you take the nationalities out of it, after all has been said and done, the D.J. kicked the unarmed, intoxicated victim in the nuts from behind and strangled him to death with enough force to crush his adams apple...and the victim apparently was simply drunk and pushed a few people around. The victim may have deserved to be held by the police til he sobered up, may have deserved to be forcefully removed from the premises...but kicked in the nuts and strangled to death from behind. Not only is that murder, it's the most pussy way I've ever heard of someone being murdered.

The investigation - a joke
The trial - a joke
The sentence - a joke
The media coverage - a joke with propaganda and malice

Safety country with violent murders on probation? If I didn't have a family that needed me and this shit happened to my brother, you can bet I would handle that guy myself. How has Tucker's brother not done that or hired the real local law enforcement to take the murder out?

Murder requires premeditation. I can see a lot of impulse at work here in this case. It does make a huge difference legally.
