To be "damaged goods" implies that you had to have been un-damaged at some point, and I'm not sure she ever was.

She says she is thinking of going back to law school. Or starting a girl group. Or, since she thinks she has more female fans, putting out a diet or beauty tips book. The way she keeps hoisting that leg, perhaps she should consider finding employment as a flagpole.
