Who the hell names their kid Tarquin? I think you should have tried to convince him to get a cool Kanji tattoo of the said message.

That's a classic Hair. Well done.

Well done Hair. You might also should have considered reporting them to the Aussie Embassy. Refusing to run the local whores is a violation of the standard Aussie Code of Conduct...

I just told my niece, a hostie for Emirates Airlines who puts the dubious into Dubai. She thought it was great and will inform her friends for me once they have left Japan.

Make sure she finds out how many more times they ate it before she drops the bombshell. Also, ask her to do it face-to-face and videotape the response.

I am shocked...utterly shocked...to see that Japan's "scientific research" is being traded.
I truly believed the Japanese harpooners were involved in studies aimed at benefiting all mankind. And, now, something like this happens....It's abuse of science.

I was kinda surprised that two-year-old meat was on the market in Korea...is it common for meat to be kept that long (even when flash frozen)?

With news today of the arrest of a pedophile porn ringmaster, I have nightmares about what the 2-year-old meat market is in Japan....

Take, here's a google search of English media reports on the arrest of this dude.......

At any rate, I hope they send the dud(e) to Fuchu Prision to make very small rocks out of very large rocks for about 20 years, or at least until everybody forgets about him....

Not quite sure what your point is, so forgive me if I'm reading this wrong, but ...

I wouldn't give a shit if, say, Crayon Shin-chan said it (even though there are real people behind it ... hey, it's a cartoon).
It worries me a bit when real people who are ostensibly trying to make a political statement say it.

Another missed opportunity by the new government, IMHO...

* Whaling: Hatoyama is generally opposed to the sort of bureaucratic industrial promotion embodied in the whale hunt. The election has decimated the LDP's whaling caucus.

No matter what anti-whalers whose brain circuit is equal to the people of Maya civilization are whining, we Japanese never quit whaling. Conversely the more those pre-modern thinking dudes are pressuring Japan, the more stubbornly we continuing to massacring whales and eat them.(But this is the most wanted situation for Paul Watson.) If those barbarians really hope Japan stop it, do nothing. Or wait silently until Japanese whaling vanish to die naturally.
