Translation and description (courtesy of a friend of a friend):

A woman is sorting laundry and says "I'm done now," when her (adult?) son comes in and throws his shirt in her face saying, "Mother, wash this one too." She replies, "What?" but her husband who's watching TV in the same room tells her to be quiet.

The narrator says, "Little things irritate you? Do you feel depressed?" The woman mumbles to herself, "I might be menopausal." The narrator continues: "You can't make people understand this easily," as the camera is showing the husband and the son (the "people") watching TV together and laughing, not realizing (or caring) that she appears depressed. The narrator says, "This Chinese medicine makes it better from the inside," as an image of how the medicine works appears on the screen.

The last shot is of the same woman smiling, presumably after taking her drugs, while holding her son's folded laundry.

This vid link was mentioned in a post elsewhere commenting on just one more reason Japanese women don't want to get married.
