It may come as something of a surprise, but Japanese are dominating a new feed called Your Dumb(deliberately spelled that way, apparently), which highlights Twitter posts with incorrect/misspelled English.

Interesting idea. A sample post:

At home..kids are asleep...got the candels lit...some music playin..and just relaxin enjoying the peice and quite!

Only peice was in bold so it seems that it must be set to only pick up on certain words though.
I'm glad I don't use Twitter, and rarely post on FB.
It's hard to say what the state of the English language will be in another decade or two...

Interesting idea... it seems that it must be set to only pick up on certain words though.

"Your Dumb" seems to kind of dumb. It only filters and then posts a small set of spelling errors----"Your Dumb" is more like "My Pet Peeves.":confused:

Mostly "Your Dumb" flags the "your" vs you're" mistake. It also flags intentional misspellings such as "alot"---No telling what what happen if it hit our most creative poster, Gaspard de Coligny, Seigneur de Châ]Major pet peeves of "Your Dumb"
