Domino's Pizza Japan Opens English Website

Postby FG Lurker » Sat Nov 06, 2010 9:26 pm

Saw an add on CNNj earlier, looks like Domino's Pizza Japan has opened an English website. Assuming it works like their Japanese site you can order online for delivery to anywhere in Japan that has a Domino's nearby.

Not exactly earth shattering news but probably useful to a few FGs at least...

I'm down 17kg this year, have another 15kg to lose by next summer. Eating less crap, exercising regularly. Speaking of which, it's time to hit the gym. :)

This plus your comment on how good the food at Hooters was tells me I should never ask your advice on restaurants in Tokyo. Except maybe of course Mexican food. But I already know the answer to that: Make it myself.

Regarding that....where can you get cornmeal flour and buttermilk/or sour cream at a decent price around here?

Great, so now I can order some pizza with corn topping from the new Engrish-friendly site so that my lovely gal friend could pick out little corn bits out of my turd droppings while she eats my ass out.

Or you could just wash your ass before she tosses your salad...

Not sure if you are serious or if it's just an online persona...

Personally I just got tired of being a fat fuck and decided to do something about it. Still a work in progress but I'm far better off now than I was at the start of 2010.

Tremendous stuff FGL! Losing 17kg in under a year is an amazing performance. Good luck with the rest of the weight battle.

Yes, and more importantly with the really hard part that comes after that: keeping it off!
(Been there, done that, rebounded, and am currently struggling with the result.)

hooters did have good buffalo wings... but my eyes might have been so fuged up that my taste buds went hootless...

as for Mexican food, despite me making it myself, Fonda de la Madrugada in Harajuku or La Jolla en Hiroo.

There is one more over by Takadanobaba and the chef there was the opening chef for Fonda, I never ate there, but his dishes are reasonably priced (for Japan) and the place is more small.

I could really go for some carnita tacos or some tortilla soup...

I told you not to tell anyone! Now you've turned what seemed like months of work into a few minutes of snip-snip...

I'm at about the same stage then. Losing the first 17kg took time but it at least came off bit by bit. Now I am stuck at a plateau and things aren't really changing. Hopefully with a bit more work I will see more results before the end of the year.

Shite, mate...17kg is a whopping loss. No wonder you're on a plateau. As Yokohammer said, the hard part is keeping it off. I'd aim for not putting anything on to a loss of 3kg over the cold months, then hit it hard again when it warms up next spring.
I'm rooting for you (actually, I wish I really was literally rooting for you, but please take solace in the fact that at least my right hand is....).
You should be goddamned proud of yourself, mate.
